My brief CV and why I do this:

About Me

My name is Nick Lemeshevsky (Niks Lemeševskis).

I am a black belt in Judo with over 20 years of practical experience in the sport.

I have been coaching a health-focused Judo group for more than 10 years.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education and a specialization in Judo.

I also have a Master's degree in Psychological Training with a focus on mental preparation for athletes.

For over 7 years, I have been practicing concentration and meditation exercises daily, which are directly linked to psychological training in sports.

In some sense I'm a rare combination of certified knowledge as well as long term practical experience.

Why I Do This

Throughout my sports career, although I was relatively well-trained physically and technically, my weak psychological skills, lack of self-belief, and misunderstanding of motivation significantly undermined my performance and satisfaction with the process.

Now, after going through this journey, I continue my daily sports routine with a new sense of quality and joy, helping others avoid these pitfalls while saving time and effort.

I also do this work for my own benefit – it allows me to realize my strengths and talents, and the process itself deeply fascinates me.

My Contribution to You

My talent is the ability to perceive the essence of things as a whole and analyze systems.

Using my knowledge and talent, I can create recommendations tailored to the specific situation, athlete, and team.

My goal is to see an increase in your psychological abilities, which will enhance your performance, provide stability in your results, and lead to greater overall satisfaction.

Let's win together!
