Courage to do more!

I work with professional athletes, coaches, and teams to integrally train psychological skills and achieve the highest potential in sports.

Welcome!

I offer consultations online and depending on situation- can travel as well.
I am a black belt in judo, a coach, and a master's degree holder in psychological preparation in sports.
I am deeply passionate about people’s drive to reach their maximum potential.
I have strengthened myself through mental training after the failures of my earlier days and now help others avoid making the same mistakes and instead reach the podium.
An athlete’s preparation is like a car on four wheels—physical, technical, tactical, and psychological abilities and skills.
I am responsible for the psychological aspect, while integrally considering all the others as well.

1. Introduction. A conversation to understand your situation and find out if and how I can help you.
2. Analysis. Observations and consultations to accurately identify your current situation and process the gathered information.
3. Work. Feedback, practical exercises, and actions to achieve your goals.
4. Adaptation. Adjusting methods to refine and improve details.
5. Achievement tracking. Objective indicators and subjective feedback on the impact of the process, as well as setting new goals in sport and life.

About the nuances of psychological training.

Each athlete, team, and situation is approached individually.
I avoid passing on generalized guidelines, which means I approach every case with a fresh perspective.

How Do I Work?

At first, I observe and understand the big picture, so I can then focus on the details accordingly.
Seeing the athlete, team, or partners as a living system, I do everything possible to strengthen the weaker points and support the system as a whole.

How Does the Work with Teams Happen?

Initially, conversations are held with the head coach and training sessions are observed.
Later, discussions take place with the team, and once the bigger picture is clear, the focus shifts to working on details, solving specific problems, and reaching higher goals.

Most Common Problems?

In the best-case scenario, these problems do not exist, and the athlete simply wants to enhance their abilities. However, just like in life, challenges can arise:

Unclear motivation – confusion;
Chaos – lack of tactics and strategy;
Difficulty focusing on what’s important;
Communication issues;
Personal life struggles;
Trouble coping with stress and emotions;
Difficulty self-regulating into the desired state;
Career transition or balancing a dual career;
Hard-to-define issues – a feeling that something is wrong, but it’s not clear what;
And many more – every athlete and team is unique.

What Psychological Skills Are Being Trained?

When the stumbling blocks have been removed, the real work can begin:

Strengthening self-worth and self-talk;
Goal orientation;
Active imagination;
Mental resilience;
Training focus and concentration;
Communication skills;
Self-regulation in training and competition;
Pre-performance routines;
...and more.

Each element is approached individually, depending on the athlete's needs and goals.

What Methods Could Be Used?

The ones most suitable for you — but here are the main methods:

Conversations and bringing clarity to the mind;
Self-talk;
Writing and journaling;
Visualization;
Breathing techniques;
Focus and concentration exercises;
Reflection;
Relaxation;
Tests and assessments;
Tension regulation techniques;
Exercises in your sport combined with psychological ones;
...and more.

Working with people and training is like combining technology with nature — many things can be measured and precisely structured, while others cannot.
With this, I invite you to keep an open mind and explore new experiments in your athletic journey.
